Tend the soil where the bones of your wild instinctual self are buried. This is a dreamspace and soul retrieval journey using gentle movement, story and sound. This session uses the story of ‘La Loba’ a Mexican tale from Clarissa Pinkola Estés book, ‘Women Who Run With Wolves’ to explore our wild instinctual self.
If you struggle to find your voice, and your unique authentic expression, this is for you. If you struggle to know what your desires and dreams are, this is for you. Together we will unearth the hidden treasures of your soul voice.
A trauma-informed, in-person space. It's a chance to tune in, find your flow, discover the power of your soul voice and reconnect with your aliveness.
Designed to open your heart, practices may include:
🪶Somatic tracking - noticing what is happening in your body.
🪶Emotional alchemy - refining awareness around what is happening in your body, emotions and mind.
🪶Yoga and movement - finding easeful and joyful ways to move, experimenting with primal, non-verbal improvisation, and scaravelli-inspired restorative yoga.
