~GUIDELINES~
In ecstatic dance, there is no talking (vocal sounds welcome), no photos, no phones on the dance floor, no touching others without consent, no shoes, and no mind-altering substances.

..::Cosmic Sound Healing::..
After the dance, we get to relax and soak in a blissful sound bath. The healing frequencies feel so nourishing for the self - especially after dancing and working up a sweat! It is soothing for the mind and soul, and helps bring all of our cells back into a balanced vibration~
💠Doors open at 6:30. Please try arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in at the front and settle in.

Quick opening circle and warm up
1.5 hr dance
30 min sound bath
Short closing circle
💠please bring water and comfortable clothing, dress in layers, (it will feel quite warm once we all get moving!) and bring all the comfy and cozies you desire for the sound bath (mat, pillow, blanket etc...)
