Inspired by Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way, this journey is designed for creatives, seekers, and anyone looking to rediscover their authentic voice. Whether you’re an artist, writer, healer, or simply longing for deeper self-expression, this experience will guide you through the process of breaking through limiting beliefs, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and embracing your full authenticity.
This is a 12-week program for creative reclamation and transformation. We will meet bi-monthly on Tuesday evenings, beginning April 1st, 6-8pm at Wholistic Wellness Center, 515 Court St.
Our live sessions will be held in the spirit of sacred trust. There will be soulful connection and conversations, with vulnerability and authenticity as a foundation. Engaging activities, writing prompts, and discussions will be featured to deepen the journey of self-discovery with the support of community. If you are unable to attend a live session, not to worry! We will have options available following a missed meeting.

✍️ A Journal or Notebook- Morning Pages (daily stream of consciousness writing) are a core part of the course.
✒️ Pens, Markers, or Creative Supplies- Anything that inspires you to write, draw, or express yourself.
💖 Most importantly, an open heart and mind for transformation, creativity, and self-discovery!
