Help us celebrate our new recording! On Friday, December 6, 7:30 PM, we will sing all the tracks and other favorites as well at The Muse, 1 Madeline Lane, Rosendale NY (just off Rt.32 adjacent to the Citgo gas station); admission $20. This new venue is an intimate space just right for our music. We'll have shiny compact discs for sale; the album will also be available for streaming and downloading from the web. It’s been eight years since the last Betty and the Baby Boomers recording came out. Songs added to our repertoire since then – as well as a few we’ve been doing for a long time – wouldn’t be denied, so a new album is ready for release. The title song, "Quite Early Morning," is one of Pete Seeger's most moving songs; it and many of the other tracks respond to the tumultuous times we're in. Still others add humor and sweet romance; all feature the unique vocal blend that is the Boomers' signature.
