⭐ Album Covers Presents: Thin Lizzy ~ Jailbreak ⭐

Thin Lizzy’s sixth record, Jailbreak, became an international smash hit for the Irish band, largely because of the hit single, The Boys Are Back In Town. A band that was known for it’s raucous energy brought to the table a carefully crafted batch of songs that struck the balance between hard rock and serious songwriting artistry. The album also yielded the hit singles Cowboy and the title track, Jailbreak, officially launching the band into the world of superstardom.

This record was specially chosen for this Album Covers show by guest artist, Josh Caterer (Smoking Popes, The Josh Caterer Trio). Josh and Scott Tipping met a few years ago at an Album Covers Kinks show and have been waiting for the right time to bring this show to the stage.

Joining Josh and Scott will be John Perrin (JD McPherson, NRBQ), Adam Gardner and Matt Thompson. Fans of the show can expect an evening of good rock and roll, good songwriting and twin guitars in alignment. The record will be played in its entirety as well as a second set of Thin Lizzy classics and deep cuts. This is a very special evening for the Album Covers crew and is not to be missed!
