Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity
Volunteer Canada and Volunteer Alberta are pleased to host an in-person gathering at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. This session begins with a lunch and mingle, followed by an engaging workshop designed to better understand the priorities, challenges, and opportunities of the non-profit and volunteer sector in the Banff–Canmore region and surrounding communities.
This event is part of a nationwide conversation to help shape the National Volunteer Action Strategy (NVAS). Together, we will explore what’s working well, where support is most needed, and how we can collectively strengthen volunteerism and the non-profit ecosystem.
This session builds on the online round tables hosted in September and offers a unique opportunity to connect face-to-face with peers, share local insights, and directly inform national recommendations.
Who Should Attend:
Non-profit leaders, volunteer managers, community builders, and anyone working to strengthen volunteerism in the Bow Valley region and beyond.
