Jonathan Greene and the Grand Boubousse is an early jazz collective that features some of the top swing musicians in the Northeast. It includes Jonathan Greene clarinet, Tom Abbot piano, Dylan Perrillo bass, Nick Anderson drums. The band is led by Jonathan Greene, program curator of the Flurry Festival, and a talented clarinet and saxophone player. Jonathan has spent the better part of the last 2 years playing clarinet in swing bands in NYC, Paris, Berlin and New Orleans. Whenever we have them, the dance floor is packed!
Beginners: Take the 7pm lesson in East Coast Swing. You'll be dancing with nice people within the hour!
A GREAT 1ST DANCE for both singles and couples.
Both women and men: ask others to dance.
