About this Event
Imagine the energy and sales of the annual Alaska Black Business Expo but with a more intimate holiday feel! With a goal to be the premier shopping place for people looking to get holiday gifts, contract with companies who put on their holiday parties and support people who are traveling for the holidays and need their gifts taken care of. Space is limited and we will be doing HEAVY advertising and inviting a lot of companies who contract out parties and gifts for all types of holiday functions.
Santa will be in the house with a whole room of activities for the kids and their favorite holiday films playing while adults shop, mingle, jingle and get ready for the holidays
Non Food Permit Booths are $100- table and chairs included
(6 foot table with approximate 10 by 10 space)
S et up is 10am-1pm and teardown is 6pm-7pm
PLEASE NOTE: FOOD TRUCKS AND FOOD BOOTHS WHO WANT TO COOK HOT FOOD ON SITE NEED TO CONTACT US PRIOR TO REGISTERING, FOOD BOOTHS THAT REQUIRE A MOA FOOD PERMIT IN ANY CAPACITY ARE $125 AND SPACE IS LIMITED TO 5 TOTAL

Advertisement in the holiday gift guide is as follows:
$50= half color page ad
$100= full page color ad
All sponsorships for this event also apply to the 9th Annual Alaska Black Business Expo

Event Logistics:
Set up is 11:00am-1:00pm (booth location will be emailed 2 weeks before the event)
Event is 1:00pm-6:00pm (located in the gathering spot main area)
Tear Down is 6:00pm-7:30pm
