A one-day, eight-hour avalanche rescue course designed for anyone moving through snowy, mountainous terrain. This session stays focused on one objective: preparing you to respond when an avalanche hits. You’ll work hands-on with companion-rescue techniques, multi-burial situations, complex problem-solving, and organized rescue approaches. Most avalanche fatalities happen within a party, which means your partners are your first responders. This course builds the skills that decide outcomes.Minimum age: 16.
Required for anyone pursuing the professional track before Pro 1.
Limited Spots Available. It's $180 to register. Click the tickets for more details.
