If you would like a refund, to transfer the value of your tickets to a gift certificate, or donate the value of your tickets to Centre In The Square, please contact Centre In The Square's Box Office. Refunds will be processed within 30 days, and automatically refunded to the original credit card.
To be eligible for a refund, you must be the original purchaser, and have purchased your tickets through Centre In The Square directly. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification, until March 1 2021, and automatically refunded to the original credit card. For those who have purchased tickets using cash, debit, or gift certificates, a cheque will be mailed to the original purchaser within 30 days.
