In this Vegetarian & Vegan class you will learn how to create a 3-course Autumn menu:
Goat’s cheese pannacotta, beetroot carpaccio and Bonini Balsamic dressing
Pumpkin gnocchi, salt baked root vegetables and artichoke coulis
Vegan vanilla Crème Brulée and cherry sorbet
