Join us for a special Asheville poetry event: Alabama Poets Garrett Ashley & Salaam Green: Poetry Reading & Book Signing, presented by Loblolly Press & Good Printed Things.
The evening celebrates the launch of Garrett Ashley’s A Field Guide to North American Trees, a limited run chapbook published October 2025 in collaboration with Good Printed Things. Ashley will be joined by Salaam Green, Birmingham’s first Poet Laureate (2024–2026) and author of The Other Revival (Pulley Press, 2025), a groundbreaking work of racial healing through history and poetry.
Following the readings, enjoy a small holiday artisan market featuring signed books, letterpress prints, hand-bound notebooks, and more. Perfect for holiday gift shopping while supporting local artists and writers.
