The Alabama Cooperative Extension System’s Food Safety and Quality team offers in-person Alabama Cottage Food Law trainings throughout the state. This training is in Madison County and is for those who want to produce and sell certain nonhazardous food items from their home. The cost to attend is $25 and is nonrefundable.
