Join us as Alabama A&M University proudly celebrates its 150th anniversary with an electrifying kickoff to Homecoming Weekend!The celebration begins on Thursday, October 9 at The Orion Amphitheater, under The Dome, with the Official Alumni Pep Rally from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Sponsored by the Alumni Association, this high-energy event features dynamic performances by the AAMU Cheerleaders, music by DJ Jumpin Jack, and emcee DraytheVoice—bringing plenty of Bulldog pride to the stage. With a grown folks atmosphere, alumni and friends can enjoy refreshing drinks like the Bulldog-themed specialty cocktail “150 Proof”, delicious bites from local food trucks, and a variety of vendors showcasing everything from apparel to art.
To keep the night flowing with high-energy sounds, immediately following the Pep Rally, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the Homecoming Mixer invites alumni, family, and friends to gather, reconnect, and celebrate AAMU’s enduring legacy of excellence.
This special evening is hosted by the Decatur-Morgan County Alumni Chapter, Huntsville Madison County Alumni Chapter and Huntsville Progressive Alumni Chapter.
