What if heritage is not something we fix, but something we listen to?
Join us for an engaging talk that challenges the traditional understanding of heritage among architects, scholars, and institutions. Moving beyond stone, structure, and official narratives, this session asks a deeper question: What does heritage mean—and to whom?

Architect | Critical Heritage Scholar | UNESCO WHIPIC Fellow
Assistant Professor, Department of Architecture, Sonargaon University
Alumni, Department of Architecture, BUET
Drawing on his UNESCO WHIPIC Fellowship in South Korea, the talk examines how lived memories, everyday practices, and community voices often convey meanings that formal heritage designations overlook. Through architectural documentation, immersive interpretation, and community-engaged inquiry, the session opens up the idea of heritage as a plural, negotiated, and living process—not a singular, authoritative truth.
