About this Event
This is a dance clinic sponspored by Akins Dance Program. Children from the ages of 5-17 are welcome to attend. Attendees will be lead through a warm up, a series of short games, and learn stand routines and a half time field routine to be performed at the following week's Cedar Creek vs Akins football game at Burger Stadium. Included in this price of this clinic is a shirt for students to wear the following week at the game. ALL students/parents must have mask on for the duration of their time on Akins campus.
TBD: Directors will work with stadium staff to get all attendee's ticket for free but all parents /spectators will be expected to pay to get in.
Attire for the clinic should be athletic wear and sneakers that student can move freely in. We will be both inside AND outside on the practice field, please make sure students have water, hats/ sunglasses/sunscreen as needed.
At 12:15 pm parents/guardians are invited back to a showing of the routine taught outside.
Pickup time for all students will be 12:30 pm.
The game will take place the following week 9/2/21 at Burger Stadium 3200 Jones Rd, Austin, TX 78745. We will be on the home side. All students should aim to get there by 6:45pm to take place in victory line.
In order to gurantee shirt size please reorder by August 20th.
