AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy

For puppies ages 8 weeks to 16 weeks old (4 months)

The AKC STAR Puppy Program provides a fantastic foundation for your puppy's development, focusing on essential skills like: ✨ Socialization with people and other puppies ✨ Basic obedience (sit, stay, come) ✨ Positive reinforcement techniques ✨ Building confidence in new environments ✨ Preventing behavior issues before they start

At the end of the training course, the instructor will administer the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test. Upon passing, owners and their puppies will be enrolled in the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program and will receive an official AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy package, which includes: 📜 A frameable certificate 🏅 AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy medal 📚 AKC Puppy Handbook 💻 Discount enrollment in AKC Companion Animal Recovery ✉️ Subscription to a monthly e-mail newsletter with training tips

All graduates will also be encouraged to continue training and work toward earning the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification!
