PLEASE NOTE: Each Tier is the same general admission ticket. 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day tickets get more expensive the closer you get to the start date of AkaiCon 2025.

Come dress in your favorite costume (Cosplay) and enjoy a weekend of fun and excitement at our 100,000 square-foot event space! (Costume not required but it enhances the fun!)

3-Day Special Discount Tickets $35 + TN Sales Tax and fees (Cheapest rates you can get! LIMITED TO 50 TICKETS, ONCE THEY ARE GONE, THEY ARE GONE!)

JULY 14th, 12:00AM, 2024 - DECEMBER 31, 11:59PM, 2024 (Second cheapest early rates)

3-Day Tier 1 Tickets. $45 + TN Sales Tax and fees

2-Day Tier 1 Tickets. $35 + TN Sales Tax and fees

1-Day Tier 1 Tickets. $30+ TN Sales Tax and fees

(Each tier gets you the same tickets to AkaiCon 2025)

JANUARY 1, 12:00 AM, 2025 - JUNE 26, 11:59PM, 2025 (Standard rates)

3-Day Tier 2 Tickets. $50 + TN Sales Tax and fees

2-Day Tier 2 Tickets. $40 + TN Sales Tax and fees

1-Day Tier 2 Tickets. $35+ TN Sales Tax and fees

(Each tier gets you the same ticket to AkaiCon 2025)

At Door Prices JUNE 27, 28, 29 - 2025

3-Day At Door Tickets. $60 + TN Sales Tax and fees

2-Day At Door Tickets. $50 + TN Sales Tax and fees

1-Day At Door Tickets. $40 + TN Sales Tax and fees

All 1, 2 and 3 day tickets gets you into all AkaiCon events.

There are no differences in the "Tiers" aside from pricing.

People 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older or a legal guardian.

Children 7-12 get in free with one adult ticket. (Limit two free 7-12 year old children with one adult ticket purchased.)

Children 6 and under get in free

By purchasing a ticket to AkaiCon (managed and operated by Do the Thing LLC) we reserve the right to change this agreement between the attendee, vendors, staff, volunteers, special guests, or anyone associated with our organization. When you buy a ticket, you have legally agreed to our terms below. We have a strict non-discrimination policy based on gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability (ability) and will not tolerate any hate speech towards our attendees, staff or anyone regarding AkaiCon or Do the Thing LLC. We are a safe space and will do everything in our legal power to keep it that way.

We reserve the right to deny entry to any person for any reason. A ticket must be purchased to remain at the Wilson County Exposition Center for the duration of our event. The Wilson County Exposition Center, AkaiCon, Do the Thing LLC and the Wilson County Sheriff’s Department as well as other local authorities reserve the right to remove anyone for any reason.

By purchasing a ticket, you have agreed to be contacted for special offers and promotions by AkaiCon and Do the Thing LLC. We will not sell your name for any reason.

Refund Policy:

Every refund will be on a case-by-case basis.

Please note the Eventbrite policy regarding refunds and fees below.

"The Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable, so we won't return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. But there are two exceptions. We will refund the Eventbrite fees to buyers when an event is cancelled or when the buyer was charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase."
