The summer BBQ is Friday 28th June - THREE WEEKS FROM TODAY! Each child should have brought home an envelope of raffle tickets and a flyer for the event yesterday. Please watch out for them in school bags. We’ll have more information about donations etc over the next few days so please start looking out Tombola prizes and working on your jolly jars!
Right now, we need volunteers to sign up for help on the night and in the days before the BBQ. You can sign up using the Google form on the link below which includes an option to state the kind of help you’re willing to do and the times you’re available.
The BBQ is our main fundraising event of the year and we literally cannot do it without you! You can sign up to run a stall or to help with setting up and tidying away. Every adult who volunteers will get a voucher for a free drink or burger on the night. Why not sign up with a friend or two and rope in your kids (of any age) to help?
We need everything from BBQ skills to face painting, selling raffle tickets and supervising the hook-a-duck stall. And because the BBQ is three hours long this year, you’ll still have plenty of time to relax and have fun before or after your “shift”.
