Airport Way Precise Plan – Community Workshop
San Joaquin County is launching the Airport Way Precise Plan to create a long-term, coordinated vision for improvements along one of the County’s most important corridors — connecting residents, businesses, farms, logistics centers, and Stockton Metropolitan Airport.
As traffic is expected to grow in the coming years, this planning effort will explore ways to:
- Improve safety for everyone traveling the corridor
- Support local and regional truck movement
- Reduce congestion and improve traffic flow
- Enhance access to homes, jobs, and the airport
- Coordinate with the Cities of Stockton and Manteca, and regional partners
- Plan for future growth and long-term mobility needs
This open-house workshop is your first opportunity to meet the project team, learn what the plan will evaluate, and share your ideas early in the process. Stop by anytime to view project boards, speak with County and consultant staff, and share your priorities.
