This immersive workshop invites you to breathe, feel, and create through bilingual breathwork and botanical storytelling. Together, we’ll honor the beauty of code-switching minds and multicultural hearts—releasing what no longer serves us, and transforming emotion into art. Through guided breath and hands-on floral creation, you’ll reconnect with your authentic self and leave grounded, inspired, and rooted in your truth.

The Complete Experience

First, we breathe. We create space. We release what doesn't serve us. We honor the parts of ourselves that exist in multiple languages, multiple cultures, multiple truths.

Then, we create. We take that clarity, that openness, that renewed energy - and we give it form. Each flower becomes a word we couldn't speak. Each color becomes an emotion we can finally express. Each arrangement becomes proof that we were here, we felt deeply, and we created something beautiful from it.
