All wrapped into a calm, empowering weekly session where you’ll learn practical tools you can actually use — while connecting with other mums-to-be at a similar stage.

Ladies 20–40 weeks pregnant
Suitable for first-time mums and those having another baby
Adapted for all pregnancy-related conditions and all birth plans
No previous yoga or fitness experience needed
