Sabrina is a short-term rental expert helping ordinary people build lasting short-term rental success. She is founder of bnbExcellent, a company that provides consulting and educational services for realtors and investors; is a hand-selected Airbnb Ambassador, and a Superhost for over 35 Airbnb properties, including her personal carriage house and a furnished condo that is rented monthly. Sabrina also serves on the board of Mile High Hosts, Denver’s short-term rental advocacy group. She has a passion for helping investors be successful, making spaces beautiful, and making people comfortable.
Lisa Kerin-Welch - ADU4U
Lisa Kerin-Welch has been educating real estate agents and their clients for 10 years on how to build wealth using their current assets. She works for ADU4U, a modern carriage house builder, and is building an ADU with them in her backyard. Lisa sits on the Denver Short Term Rental Advisory Committee and the ADU's in Denver Advisory Committee.
