AIRIENTATION is a happy reunion of the Air Guitar family, the best chance to meet old and new air guitar community members and the best way to start the Air Guitar World Championships week! Newbies, random visitors and local Oulu-people are all welcome.
This year the Airientation participants get to spend a fun-filled day of competitions and great company at the World Music School Air!
Join air guitarists from all around the world in Airlympics – compete in many games that Finland is known for, such as boot tossing, hobby horse riding, mölkky and more.
You also have a once in a lifetime chance of participating in a world record attempt in air guitar! Can we break the world record for most people doing air guitar windmills while listening to Rock Lobster?
Inside the Wolrd Music School Air you get to see the foundation of the first permanent Air Guitar Museum in the world. We will also have a peace flag workshop.
In case of bad weather the activities will be inside and there’s a possibility to watch air guitar movies! So come rain or shine, we’ll have a rocking time!
Sign up by paying the participation fee of 15 € (PayPal link on the right side of the page). We will be listing the participants based on the participation fee’s paid, and will send everyone more information closer to the day.

Ilmakitaransoiton MM-kisat: Airientation 2025 – Osta lippusi nyt!
AIRIENTATION on ilmakitaraperheen iloinen jälleennäkeminen ja Oulu-päivä vailla vertaa. Uudet ja vanhat ilmakitaristit kohtaavat toisensa ja toivottavat myös kaupunkilaiset ja muut Oulussa vierailijat tervetulleiksi ilmavaan iltapäiväänsä.
Tänä vuonna Airientationin osallistujat pääsevät viettämään hauskaa päivää leikkimielisen kisailun merkeissä hyvässä seurassa World Music Schoolilla!
Liity ympäri maailmaa saapuvien ilmakitaristien mukaan ilmaviin olympialaisiin (eng. Airlympics) ja kilpaile tuttujen suomalaisten lajien, kuten saappaanheiton, keppihevostelun ja mölkyn kisoissa.
Päivän aikana sinulla on myös ainutlaatuinen tilaisuus olla osana ilmakitara maailmanennätysyritystä! Pystymmekö yhdessä rikkomaan ”eniten ihmisiä kerralla tekemässä ilmakitaratuulimyllyjä, kuunnellen samalla Rock Lobsteria” -ennätyksen?
World Music School Airin sisätiloissa pääset näkemään maailman ensimmäisen pysyvän Ilmakitaramuseon perustukset. Mukana myös rauhan lippu -työpaja.
Huonon sään sattuessa kaikki aktiviteetit siirretään sisätiloihin, jossa on myös mahdollisuus katsoa ilmakitaraelokuvia. Satoi tai paistoi, hauska pidetään varmasti!
Ilmoittaudu mukaan maksamalla 15 € suuruinen osallistumismaksu (PayPal -maksulinkki sivun oikeassa laidassa). Osallistujat listataan saapuneiden maksujen pohjalta, ja heille lähetetään lisää tietoa päivästä lähempänä sen ajankohtaa.
