Hampton Storytelling will hold their free November storytelling program for all ages, as part of their “No Rusty Ears” series encouraging listeners to stay attuned to the art of storytelling in the museum’s Great Hall.In honor of Native American Heritage Month, the theme of November’s storytelling event is “Answers, Origins and Connections.” There are many things taken for granted among indigenous people that leave those outside the culture with questions. This presentation takes a few of these and turns the answers into stories.
November’s storyteller is Aio Sifu, a storyteller and artist of Muscogee and Cherokee descent, one of whose storytelling tools is the Native American flute.
Admission is free. Location: Great Hall
Presented by Hampton Storytelling in partnership with the Hampton History Museum and Unity Commission.
