Join us on Saturday, February 22nd, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM for a soul-nourishing journey of sensory exploration. AIM ILLUMINATE is an immersive experience designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with your creative center in a warm, supportive environment.

At AIM, we believe creativity is a powerful tool for wellness. This afternoon is crafted for everyone—no artistic experience is required. Come with an open mind and let the rhythm of the sound bowls and the texture of the clay guide you.

• 🥣 Sound Bowl Healing: We begin with a deeply immersive sound bath. Let the resonant vibrations of the singing bowls wash over you, quieting the mind and preparing the body for creative flow. *yoga mats provided- bring any comfort items you wish
• 🧘 Guided Meditation: Move into a centered state with a guided meditation focused on our evening's theme, helping you tap into your intuition and inner peace.
• 🏺 Air-Dry Clay Exploration: Get hands-on with a tactile clay experience. You’ll be invited to mold, sculpt, and play with air-dry clay, turning your meditative insights into a physical form. This is about the feeling of the earth in your hands, not the finished product.
