Our morning sessions are designed both for individuals who have never trained in Aikido and for advanced practitioners to delve deep into the basics. These are for any curious individual and also for local and regional Aikido students. The second session is still open to those who have never trained before, but it is more geared towards helping regional students with topics useful to them. Schedule:
