About this Event
Aid Workers: This is for you!
We're all shocked to be unemployed (or soon to be). We all need to improve our pitch, better our resume, and refine our cover letters. Join us for an interactive two-hour hands-on learning session organized by the Career Pivot.
You will:
- Learn how recruiters see your application
- Practice your personal story elevator pitch
- Review your resume with a recruiter's eye
- See what to change on your cover letter
All this learning will make you thirsty!
We have a happy hour directly after this event to make networking easy.

- Create a resume for that job - past view of why you're are qualified
- Update you cover letter to be relevant to the industry you seek to enter
