Come join us for a magical evening of yoga at 30 Maxwell Rd with the talented instructor Karishma. Join us for 75 minute Hip & Heart Opening Yoga Flow with the backdrop of the sunset. You will be guided through a vinyasa style class with a focus on chest openers and hip mobility movements. Creating space in the body and mind with the intention to slow down , tune in to yourself and breathe with awareness as you ease into a close of the work week. All levels are welcome!
