We’re thrilled to announce the return of the AIATSIS Indigenous Art Market (IAM) this year!Join us on the lawns outside the Maraga building at 51 Lawson Crescent, Acton, in the heart of Canberra. Additionally, artists will have an opportunity to reach more audiences around the country with the online art market between 6 – 15 December 2024.
The AIATSIS IAM is the largest art market dedicated exclusively to First Nations art in the Canberra region, and it has also become a popular online event, showcasing a diverse range of paintings, textiles, sculptures, jewellery and much more. Importantly, 100% of sales from the art market goes back to Indigenous art centres, artists, and their communities.
