All members of AIA are welcome to this event, presented by AIA10 of AIA Phoenix Metro.
For those licensed 10 years or less and for those planning to be licensed in 2025, join us for an afternoon of presentations and opportunities for dialogue and questions regarding the path to leadership, the Architects seal, self-development as an architect, finances, and client relationships. At the end of the night join attendees for Last Architect standing, a downtown firm/pub crawl.

- AIA Intro and Workshop Overview with AIA Arizona Executive Director John Czarnecki and James Wesala, AIA
- Path to Leadership - Strategies to elevating your career at a Firm with AIA Arizona Board President Rachel Rasmussen, AIA
- Architect's Seal - Legal responsibilities and potential Liabilities - Strategies for Protection with James Wright of AIA Arizona Allied member Clark Hill
- Moonlighting / Side Work - Self-Development as an Architect with Eddie Jones, FAIA
- Finances - Separating and Protecting personal assets for professional liability with Ryc Loope
- Working with Clients and Creating Relationships with Caroline Lobo, AIA
- End of the night - Last Architect Standing, a Downtown Firm/Pub Crawl with AIA Phoenix Metro AIA10 Director Karl Eicher, AIA
Attendees will recieve 3 LU and 1 HSW LU from AIA.
The event is free to attend for all newly licensed architects (2024/2025).
