You learn how to apply AI to real tasks you face every day. The focus stays on outcomes and workflows, not technical mechanisms.

Topics covered include choosing the right model, prompting essentials such as roles, context, constraints, and examples, and how large language models work using ChatGPT as the reference point. You explore how AI fits into real work, safety and confidentiality for SMEs, and how to evaluate quality. You also learn when to use AI for speed and when quality matters.
Based on feedback from registered attendees, the facilitators will focus more time on the topics that matter most to you.
Areas of lower relevance may be covered at a higher level or briefly.
