About this Event
Nowadays, even brick-and-mortar retailers like IKEA are embracing generative AI. But in the excitement of its adoption, how can AI be properly aligned with brand goals and company expertise?
Drawing on experiences within IKEA, this talk explores AI’s ability to leverage decades of diverse company data, the challenges of involving non-technical workforces in AI, and the risks of entrusting well-established brands to unpredictable machines.
**Free lunch lecture. Please note any dietary preferences upon registration, and the Library will do its best to accommodate them.
Talk begins at 12:45h.
