About this Event
Join us for a dynamic and interdisciplinary seminar exploring how artificial intelligence is being used in Biomedical research. This joint event will feature several short talks showcasing research at the intersection of AI and medicine. We’ll be hearing from Greg Andrews PhD, Jacob Schreiber PhD, Amir Mitchell PhD with more speakers to be announced.
In addition, the seminar will highlight programming around AI in research on campus this year. Come and learn about opportunities to collaborate with CDSAI UMass Amherst through its incubator for grant development.
Whether you are already using AI in your research or just beginning to explore its potential, this seminar aims to offer useful lessons, and a chance to connect and find future research collaborations. All are welcome!
The event will be at 11-2pm on December 5, 2025 at the Dimare Center Room N1-1500 . It is multidisciplinary, hosted jointly by the Center for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (CDSAI) and UMass Chan Research Computing Office.
