About this Event
DOES AI SCARE YOU?
Yes, no, maybe, sometimes? As professionals in Learning & Development and HR, you’re the architects of growth and culture in your organisation, empowering people to reach their full potential. But with AI on the rise, it’s only natural to feel some apprehension - will it displace jobs? Will it dilute the human touch? How can you best use it?
What if those fears could actually become new strengths? We’ll explore how AI is built, how it works, and, most importantly, what it means for you—both now and in the future. Together, we’ll look at how AI can elevate your role, helping you focus on the work that matters most.
In this short presentation, you’ll refresh your view of AI and uncover ways to make it work for you. Get ready to turn the unknown into an advantage!
