About this Event
Let’s be honest, AI is a hot topic right now, but do we truly understand how to leverage it as HR Professionals beyond using tools like Chat GPT & Pi? Definitely not.
We reached out to our clients and discovered that everyone’s eager to learn more—so let’s dive in and make that happen!
Join us for Cox Purtell’s latest Insight Session - AI in Human Resources: Transforming People and Culture Functions
We’ll be chatting with our expert line-up of wonderful speakers including:
- Siobhan O'Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer at Australian Computer Society
With over 25 years of experience spanning fintech, mortgages, logistics, and retail, Siobhan O’Sullivan is a dynamic force in Australia's innovation landscape. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) ACS, she drives strategic initiatives to propel the nation's tech sector forward.
- Pete Murray, Managing Director at Veritas
Having been in the IT industry in various forms for over 25 years in EMEA, APJ and Australia, Pete has a broad perspective on the challenges facing today’s IT organisations. In his current role, he consults with clients about adopting AI and in particular ensuring that the data that AI is going to access has the provenance behind it to give the end-user of that AI experience confidence in the results presented. Across a variety of industries, Pete has seen the positive and negative impacts of AI deployments and what this has meant to the human experience, in particular the need to up-skill the workforce to be able to interrogate what AI delivers as nothing can replace interpretation of the data through a business lens.
- Vaughn Sheffield, Senior Manager at Deloitte
Vaughn leads the Learning Technology and Operations team at Deloitte, focussing on using innovative technologies to enhance the learner experience. He brings stories from implementing AI initiatives, working through how AI can be applied today and grappling with how it can solve some of HR’s toughest challenges.
- Kaylee Langbridge, Talent Experience Specialist at Xero
After transitioning her career from learning design and development into talent acquisition 3 years ago, Kaylee now works at Xero as a Talent Experience Specialist where she focuses on optimising, and personalising the end to end experience of being a candidate through to becoming an employee at Xero.
