Chris Aldridge is Lead Partner of Acuity Law, which operates across the UK and has a local office in Birmingham. He qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and specialises in advising executives and companies of all sizes on the full spectrum of legal and HR matters. Chris has particular expertise in board level disputes, strategic redundancy and TUPE exercises, advising on senior exits, and managing complex Employment Tribunal claims.

Chris provides accessible and commercial advice on complex disciplinary and grievance, whistleblowing, ill health, capability/sickness absence procedures and discrimination claims. Chris’ clients vary from international household names in retail, hospitality and technology, to SMEs such as recruitment practices, technology start-ups, as well as senior executives.
