About this Event

This session offers a forward-looking exploration of how artificial intelligence is reshaping the world of work and what that means for HR leaders today. Attendees will gain a clear overview of the AI Office on the Isle of Man, its strategic priorities, and the national initiatives driving the Island toward becoming a future-ready, AI-enabled economy.

Ben Wilson-White from, Digitla Isle of Man, will share insights from his work supporting the growth of AI across the Island and helping local businesses adopt and benefit from emerging technologies. He will discuss how AI is influencing workforce structures, skills needs, and organisational capability—and what HR professionals must start planning for now to ensure their organisations remain agile, competitive, and ethically aligned.

From practical workforce considerations to broader economic opportunities, this event will equip you with a deeper understanding of AI’s impact and the role HR will play in shaping a resilient, human-centred future of work.

Speakers bio:

Ben is the Operations and Delivery Manager at Digital Isle of Man.

His role is to support the growth of AI on the Island and assisting businesses to thrive. Ben is currently delivering the national initiatives that help position the Island as a future ready, AI enabled economy.
