About this Event
Event Description
AI is rapidly reshaping how we approach product management. From early discovery to prototyping, new AI tools promise to transform workflows—but with so much hype, it’s not always clear what truly delivers value.
Join the Women in Product Vancouver Chapter for an interactive workshop exploring how AI can be practically applied in your product role. You’ll get an inside look at real tools, real workflows, and real lessons learned from experimenting with the latest AI platforms.
What to Expect
Over the past several months, our speaker, Jerome Valdez, has tested tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Bolt, Windsurf, and Perplexity in real-world product and UX work. In this session, they’ll share:
- Practical use cases where AI adds real value
- Tips and tactics for prototyping, ideation, and iteration
- Common friction points and limitations to watch for
- Live demonstrations of workflows you can try yourself
The session will be informal, practical, and highly interactive. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, see tools in action, and explore ideas together. Bring your laptop if you’d like to test things out during the session—or simply follow along on the big screen.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided!
