Presentation and exercises in order to try out AI assisted development using Visual Studio Code and GitHub Copilot. Goal is not to do anything wow, but rather to try what happens when we tell Copilot to add features to an existing solution. Oskar gives you his view on how to get LLMs to generate code more effectively. Also some pre-cooked exercises for people with GitHub CoPilot access in Visual Studio.:)

Οskar (Mathieu) Gewalli is a software engineer and architect with around 20 years of experience across development, architecture, and coaching. He has worked with organizations like Decerno, Solidify, Skanska, Alfa Laval et.c., contributing to projects in areas such as microservices, Kubernetes, ASP.NET, and React. Passionate about teamwork and helping others, Oskar enjoys tackling diverse challenges—from analysis and security reviews to frontend and backend development. He holds diplomas in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lund University.
