AHSC R9 Draft Guidelines Workshop - Southern

The Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program invites you to attend a Public Workshop to learn about the AHSC Program, and discuss Round 9 Guidelines updates. The AHSC Program has already awarded more than $3.8 billion in funding for affordable housing, transit, bicycling, and walking investments across the State of California – and will be announcing an additional round of funding in the coming months.
Workshops will include an introduction to the AHSC Program, along with discussion on some of the changes found in Round 9 Guidelines. Please note: There will be three workshops for Round 9 updates total, with the same materials presented at each. There will also be an in-person workshop in Northern California, and a virtual Statewide event.
