The Austin Homebrew Supply Introductory Wine Making Class covers how to make 6 gallons of wine using our wine equipment and winemaking recipe kits. The class is in two parts. Part I will cover how to prepare must, fermentation, racking, stabilizing and clearing. Part II will cover bottling day and bottle types for different wines. During the class, you will learn about the many different kinds of wine and all the components and ingredients that go into making a batch of wine. After attending the AHS Wine Making Class you will be able to impress your friends by making high-quality wine, and of course, with your new-found wine knowledge. In addition, AHS will offer samples of homemade wine and cheese. Attendees will also receive a bottle of the wine made in Part I of the class during the bottling day Part II class.
