The Austin Homebrew Supply Kegging class will cover everything you need to know about how to keg beer. While in the class you can expect to learn how to properly keg and for carbonate your beer, including Binky's famous 100 second method for quick carbonation. Live demos will be included along with samples for freshly kegged brew. In addition to learning proper pressures and techniques for kegging AHS will show you how to fully disassemble test and maintain all of your kegging equipment. Maintaining a kegging system will include how to properly care for the the co2 tank, regulator, hoses, connections, fittings and the kegs themselves all the way down to the o-rings and poppets. Buckle up it's going to be a bubbly ride.
