On Friday 13th June our beloved local hall was transformed into a welcoming space filled with familiar faces, warm hugs and smiles all round. And when the bands started playing our feet started tapping and dancing was enjoyed. This event was totally wonderful, I mostly enjoyed seeing so many familiar faces and the warm peaceful respectful atmosphere felt by everyone in attendance. I am so looking forward to the next in a months time. Thankyou Hazel for creating once again a space where we can enjoy being South Africans together.
The fundraising concert for AHR2 on Friday the 13th, was an event that brought together some of the best people in Observatory. It was a glorious evening filled with great people, delicious food, and fantastic music. It was so lovely to be able to connect with others that care for animals like I do. Please keep the obs space open for all of us to enjoy different events.
