About this Event
Painter and sculptor artist Chip Fasciana, well known as "Ferdbot" captures the meaning of AhoNui (which in Hawaiian translates to patience and perseverance) in his newest collection of work. In this collection Fasciana uses upcycled materials to create his intricate patterns and layers with tedious designs.
Fasciana has painted a wide variety of public murals in Hawai‘i, New York, and California. He has exhibited his paintings in New York City, London, California, and Hawai‘i. Fasciana has also won a variety of awards including "Artist of the Year" from Albany Center Galleries as well as the "Masterpiece Award" from the Albany Institute of History and Art.
On October 5th from 11am-1pm you'll have the opportunity to meet Fasciana and gain insight into his journey and artistic process. Light refreshments will be served. This is a free event but RSVP's are appreciated.
