Would you like to create your own herbal remedies using African herbs, botanicals, roots and spices? Sign up to our workshop and learn how to create simple herbal remedies, to keep you phyiscally and mentally, happy, healthy and well all year round.

The session will cover:

1. An introduction to a variety of African herbs
2. How to create herbal tea blends from scratch at home using fresh or dried herbs
3. How to create herbal tea baths using herbs, salts and essential oils
4. Tea talk covering the benefits of common herbal infusions
5. Create 10 herbal tea bags to take home
6. Afrernoon tea style refreshments, cakes and snacks
7. All tools and materials provided
8. Unlimited tea
