This will lead to concrete collaborations and growth for AgriBusiness in multiple Countries. This activity will also catalyse Government’s initiative within the “Act East Policy” framework through the “Gateway to ASEAN” - Thailand leading to Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Info: Thailand is the 2nd largest ASEAN economy and the 9th largest in Asia. Thailand is world’s 2nd largest producer of Tungsten and the 3rd largest producer of Tin. Thailand’s three main economic sectors are Services (tourism, healthcare, etc.) contributes to roughly 58.5% of GDP, Manufacturing contributes around 39.2% of GDP and Agriculture makes up only 8.2% of the GDP but employs 31.8% of the workforce.
