AGNI: A Night of FireSunday, January 25th
In Indian cooking, fire is more than heat, it’s transformation.
Agni, the ancient Vedic force of fire, is what turns raw ingredients into something greater, carrying intention, flavor, and memory through the flame.
For one night, Aatma At Widowmaker is honoring that idea with AGNI: A Night of Fire: a limited menu of intentionally spicy dishes where heat is used with purpose, not as a challenge or a stunt.
Each dish is clearly marked on a 🌶️ 1–5 chili scale so guests can choose their own experience.
This is a first come, first serve event so NO reservations required. Quantities are limited, and when a dish sells out, it’s gone for the night.
And because Indian food has always been about balance and choice, a full regular (aka “wimp”) menu will be available for anyone who wants all the flavor without the pain.
Fire is optional. Flavor is not.
