A triple concert featuring three Berlin-based artists, each exploring experimental, drone-heavy, and distorted soundscapes, as well as ethereal sonic textures. Their diverse approaches incorporate autoharps, pipe organs, Renaissance lute, electric guitar and field recordings, drawing inspiration from mythology, folk and sacred traditions, and the landscapes of Northern Italy._______________________________________
Agnese Menguzzato is an Italian composer and musician based in Berlin. Trained in violin and Renaissance lute, she later studied sound engineering in Naples. Her artistic practice interweaves ancient and modern techniques to explore contemporary sound perspectives, enhancing the acoustic potential of the lute. Her first EP “Scusa,” released by the Berlin-based label Verlag, has been praised as ≪an ode to gentleness≫.

Petra Hermanova is a singer and composer working with the autoharp, voice and pipe organ. Her solo debut In Death’s Eyes (2023) drifts between heavy distorted drones, utilizing techniques from both folk and sacred traditions to grapple with the spiritual and earthly dimensions of devastating loss. In Death’s Eyes received international acclaim and several award nominations including the Czech Grammy.

Born in Mexico, Daniela Huerta is a Berlin-based multimedia artist, composer, and researcher. Under the moniker Baby Vulture, she has developed her own multi-layered and eclectic form of DJing. Exploring the intersection of sound and consciousness, Huerta channels mythology and storytelling into a richly layered artistic practice that bridges the real and the imaginary, creating vivid landscapes that aim to connect with the depths of the human psyche.
