Agnès Milewski has been a fixture on the Austrian singer/songwriter scene for years.5 released albums so far brought the gifted singer and pianist on extensive concert tours across Europe. She skillfully combines the tradition of singer/songwriting with pop music, merging sophisticated lyricism, and idiosyncratic instrumentation.
Classical music meets rock, pop, and folk, and wonderfully catchy melodies. Whether in her touching ballads or the rocking numbers, armed with her piano or acoustic guitar, and her beguiling vocal, the Polish born songwriter has found her own musical language and style.
She will often perform an emotionally raw solo set, or be joined by her unusual band line-up comprising beatbox bass flute and bass (Walter Till, AT), violin and backing vocals (Mia Heck, AT), and drums (Rodi Mestrih, SY).
